The BeefEater Signature ProLine Hooded integrated barbecue offers an array of premium features, like; the multipurpose cast iron finishing, powerful heat output and a superior oil management system.
The cooking surface features six powerful burners (overall output of 71mj/hr) to ensure precise heat distribution and amazing results every time. Oil and waste run into easily removable containers at the front of the barbecue, while the unique angled surface drains oil away from food.
A flame failure device is fitted to each burner and provides comfort and peace of mind. In the event that the flame is extinguished by heavy winds, this device shuts off the gas supply to prevent excess gas release.
BeefEater integrated models BSH158SA, BSL158SA and BSW318SA have been tested and certified as commercial catering equipment complete with flame safety devices. They are therefore certified to the AU/NZ commercial catering standard allowing for indoor use under conditions. This applies nationally for Australia and New Zealand. *Conditions Apply* *BeefEater RangeHood to be used for suitable interlocked ventilation system
