Genuine Yoder Smokers 3 Tier Smoking Rack to suit the Yoder YS640.
The 3 tier rack is made from heavy duty stainless steel and increases versatility by maximizing the cooking surface within the smoking chamber.
Perfect for racks of ribs, briskets, wings and cold smoking fish and cheese, the 3 tier rack makes the most of the vertical space available within the YS640 grill.
Each of the 3 racks are removable so that you can configure the space however you need it.
Additionally, the space below the bottom rack is open, allowing space to place a foil tray or drip pan to catch grease, ensuring easy clean up afterwards!
