Weber accidentally stumbled across this dry rub and combination during their in-house recipe creation; and it was too good to not include into the range! A full savoury flavour profile that suits a variety of low and slow meats. The warmth behind this rub is from crushed chillies that have been smoked for two hours on the Weber SmokeFire. In every jar you’ll find a hint of smoke and extra depth of flavour. It proudly comes from the Weber Handcrafted ingredients – garlic, onion and chilli smoked with apple and hickory wood on a Weber SmokeFire barbecue.
