Note: Please be aware when using probes, they not designed to be near naked flames or directly over radiant heat. Due to differing batch materials, design and manufacturing processes of new probes as well as the age of existing probes currently being used, temperature variances may vary a minimum of +/- 3 to 4 degrees between probes, during boiling tests. This is considered normal.
