John Henry's - Jalapeno Rub

This John Henry’s Jalapeno rub is excellent on ribs, briskets, vegetables and pork roasts. So get your taste buds ready for a taste that is true to Texas. This is a prerequisite for Texas Passport. The customers liked the mild but wanted more “heat”, like the true Texans and others wanted it.

These BBQ rubs are hand made in Houston, Texas. They are very unique and add game changing flavour to your foods.

For best results apply generously and rub into the meat/food. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes. They can also be used to tweak BBQ sauces or mayonnaise to get your own flavour.

If you cook (with smoke if possible) at a lower temperature for a longer time it will give you a much juicer, more tender finished product.
